The condominium sales in Fairfield County have basically kept an even steady keel throughout the last two years, except for the period of the tax credit in the beginning of 2010. That explains the jump in May and June of 2010. Except for that period of time, the sales are pretty similar from one year to the next. Even though we may feel like one year was different from the other, the condominium sales were consistent.
