Grumman Hill Village is a beautiful planned residential community in South Wilton.
The community consists of small independent homes, or condos, and each comes with a little land. A wonderful spot for the very busy or those who want to get away from property care issues.
Grumman Hill Village is beautifully landscaped, and has lawn irrigation for all of the homes. City water and sewage systems have been extended to these homes. Built in 1997, they are some of the newest and nicest of this type in Wilton. 
There are 48 independent homes, or condos, in this wonderful planned residential community. The homes have 3-4 bedrooms. Other bonuses include air conditioning, hardwood floors, fireplaces, garages, gas forced air heating systems, 9 foot vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and fabulous storage. Kitchens have either an eat in area or a dining area next to them.
Many of the homes or condos in Grumman Hill Village have a playroom or bonus room on the second floor. In some of these homes the bonus room has been converted into a bedroom. There is also laundry on the second floor in most units. Some homes have lofts, and all of the decks look out over beautiful lawns or woods. There are no basements.
One of the nicest extras in these homes is that the garages are heated. The square footage of these homes, or condos, varies from 1756 square feet to 1905 square feet.
Grumman Hill Village is near Route 7 for easy access to schools, easy commute, shops, train,etc.
