Built in 1988, this twenty two unit condominium complex is located just off the main street, of Darien, Connecticut, one of the prime towns which make up Fairfield County Connecticut, the so called “Gold Coast”.
Five rooms with two bedrooms and two and one half baths are nestled in a private enclave with beautifully maintained patios. Each of the two bedrooms, have vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors. These units are gracious and quiet. And yet one of the appeals of Sedgwick Village is how close the homes are to the main street of Darien and its lovely shops, ZAGAT rated restaurants, antique shops, wine shops and the famous Darien Sport Shop.
Access to Route 95 is a short drive away and the freeway will take you to Stamford with its big box stores and shopping mall or a bit further is Greenwich with Tiffany’s, Baccarat and other top of the line specialty stores as well as several of the top restaurants in the state. One cannot forget that the train station is a short walk away and the ride is just over one hour to New York City with its attractions.
As a resident of Darien you will have access to sandy beaches on Long Island Sound. Sedgwick Village is wonderful in town condominium living.
