Spring Ridge Estates, located in Danbury Connecticut, is a condominium complex of 22 cluster homes built in 2002.
Units have from 2,796+/- square feet to 2,831+/- square feet of dramatic living space with lots of light and open space around each condominium. There are four bedrooms with either three and one half baths or two and one half baths.
The open floor plan allows easy flow from living room to dining to kitchen. The living rooms with vaulted ceilings have mantled marble fireplaces, bay windows, crown moldings and hard wood floors. Dining areas with recessed lighting are open to the kitchen and living areas and have hard wood floors as well. The eat in kitchens have double ovens, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors and granite counter tops. Some master suites are on the main floor. Bedrooms have tray ceilings; crown moldings, walk in closets and the bath rooms with tile floors have large showers and tubs.
On the lower level is a walk out basement with a family room with wall to wall carpets, a stone fireplace and plenty of storage space. The two car attached garage adds more places to store your extras.
Homes are heated with propane gas and cooled by central air conditioning.
Spring Ridge Estates are well built and luxurious homes. Candlewood Lake, the largest lake in Connecticut, offers swimming, boating, picnic areas and the fishing is great.
A short drive will bring you to Route 84 a major freeway, which will take you to The Danbury Mall with great shopping in its department stores and specialty stores as well a fully stocked Apple Store.
