The attached townhouses have 3, 078+/- square feet of open living space, heated by gas and cooled by central air conditioning. There are three bedroom units with two and one half baths or two bedroom units with two and one half baths.
Each townhouse has a full basement for storage and some are fully finished and the two car attached garage adds more space.
The homes have an open design with east flow from living room to dining area to the kitchen. The living rooms have vaulted ceilings, hard wood floors, built in bookcases and cabinets, wood burning fireplaces, recessed lighting and sliding doors to a large all weather deck. The dining areas either formal or open have hard wood floors and large windows. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances, easy to maintain hard wood floors, center islands, and custom cabinets and built in micro wave ovens.
There are 9+ foot ceilings on the first floor and 8+ foot ceilings on the second. Master suites, some of which are on the first floor, have plush wall to wall carpets, walk in closets and vaulted ceilings. Other bedrooms have wall to wall carpets too. Master bathrooms have soaking tubs large showers and double vanities.
The Villages at Timber Oak offers a heated pool, a large clubhouse and tennis for the residents. Pets are welcome. Located to the south of downtown Danbury, Timber Oak is close to everything.
A short drive will take you to the Danbury Mall with its department stores and specialty shops. A ten minute drive will bring you to the charming New England town of Bethel with its antique shops and quaint Main Street. Route 84 a main freeway will take you to New York state and Waterbury and Hartford which is the state capital.
