This is a lot of fun to look at and enjoy the facts you can pull from it all.
I think back about the decline in values over this time period, and the incentives in 2010 to buy more homes, and the interest rates bottoming out........ and also the storms of the fall of 2011 are reflected in the November and December closings here.
