New Constructions in Brookfield, CT

Many new development projects, either planned, under construction, or completed are part of a continuous effort that started about a decade ago, aiming to revitalize the Town Center and to improve the quality of life and the way residents and visitors experience Brookfield.

Estimated to be completed in the summer of 2024, the Emporium Plaza located in the heart of Brookfield Town Center will include a supermarket, 5 commercial spaces and 40 one-bedroom apartments.

Brookfield will also have several new developments and hundreds of new homes on Federal Road. The construction of 100 new homes at Green Acres Luxury Apartments, 857 Federal Road, has just started the construction in the spring of 2023. The development plans include 20 incentive rate units.

Also on Federal Road, the Renaissance project plans to build 2 three-story buildings comprising 120 new apartments and first-floor commercial space. Another approved development on Federal Road, The Enclave, will have 181 new apartment homes and also several commercial spaces on the first floor. Still expecting the final state traffic administration approval, The Muse project plans 112 new apartment homes
