Grumman Hill Village Condominiums is a beautiful community in South Wilton, CT. It consists of small independent homes in a condominium-like community and each comes with a little land. This is a wonderful spot for the very busy or those who want to get away from property care issues. Built in 1997, they are some of the newest and nicest of this type in Wilton.

There are 48 independent condos in this wonderful planned residential community. These homes have three to four bedrooms. Kitchens have either an eat-in area or a dining area next to them.
