A very important part of your listing presentation is being able to show the seller client how your marketing will be better than the next agent. It is very important to show the seller that you are up to speed with your use of the internet. There are many new sites for advertising and showcasing your seller's homes. Sellers like to see their homes everywhere - in print, on the internet, on social media, etc.

How is your marketing? Do you do the same as every other agent in town and the area?
