Built in 1987, these condos come in two and three bedroom varieties, both featuring two full bathrooms. The two bedroom units are around 1,500 square feet, while the larger three bedroom units are around 2,028 square feet. The units at Harborview display exquisite craftsmanship and boast a location unlike many others found in Norwalk, making these perfect for any sized family.

The master suites feature beautiful spaces and bathrooms. The marble bathrooms have oversized showers and Jacuzzis, which are perfect for relaxing nights after long days on the water. The master bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpeting, walk-in closets, and sliders that lead outside to a balcony and which let air flow throughout the house. However when the fresh air is not enough, central air conditioning and electric heating will regulate the temperature.

There are hardwood floors that flow throughout the rest of the units, except in some of the kitchens, which utilize tile floors instead. The eat-in kitchens have up-to-date appliances, and many of them are remodeled and have granite countertops as well as custom cabinets. Each kitchen has an island that can be used as a dining table or as a serving bar, perfect for hosting get-togethers. The living rooms are spacious with another pair of sliding doors that lead out to a second balcony. These units are perfect for relaxation by the water as well as for hosting gatherings for friends and family.

However, it is the location that makes the condominiums at Harborview special. Downtown Westport and SoNo are just minutes away and boast exquisite restaurants and designer shopping. The East Norwalk railroad station and Interstate-95 will take you anywhere in Connecticut as well as to New York City in just over an hour. Harborview boasts its own marina with 36’ deep-water docks. The Long Island Sound is perfect for boating, fishing, and all kinds of water activities and waits just outside your door.
