The average sale price in 2010 was $812,113, in 2011 we saw a rise to $903,332 and our average for 2012 was $768,554.

As you can esily notice from the graph, the prices in Wilton suffered once again near the end of the year in the fourth quarter. I wonder how many realized what a good year 2011 was in Wilton for the sales prices?

And as you can see, it was the lower to mid price ranges that seemed to be taking advantage of this phomenon.
