Google Hangout At A Meet Up?

Have you ever tried a Google Hangout At An Active Rain Meet Up?

We had our Wilton CT Meet Up last week.

Ginny Gorman had wanted to drive down from Rhode Island to attend with the 17 other folks coming, but at the last minute could not make the 3 hour drive each way. We were both pretty sad, and conversed for a minute - then the lights went on!

We both agreed that a Google Hangout would be a fun thing to try at the Meet Up. So, about halfway through the evening, Ginny called. (I had forgotten about it) I ran to get my comuter, and we had a great Hangout passing the computer around so everyone had a chance to say hello.

All you need to do is sign up for a gmail account, and then on the right side, you see Hangout. Just follow the instructions and viola! A Hangout happens.

We use it for our office meetings occasionally, and otherwise, since there are 4 agents plus me, we just use conference calls on our iPhones.
